Arktos Marketing LLC ("we") provides marketing automation services to trade businesses: websites, lead follow-up, booking, and review management. Services are described at the point of sale; the setup fee is $500 and the ongoing service fee is $397/month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service is month-to-month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. New clients are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee on the setup fee.
You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to onboarding requests, and use messaging features in compliance with applicable law (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM). You are responsible for the accuracy of content you approve.
Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific lead volumes or revenue outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
